We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you find the product unsatisfactory for any reason, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags and certificates intact.

How to Initiate a Return

• Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
• Select the order and item you wish to return.
• Click on "Return" and select the reason.
• Our courier partner will pick up the package within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) by our team. Upon successful QC verification, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Gold coins or bars.
• Products that show signs of wear or damage.
